S. Badger Empowerment and Consulting Services, LLC provides professional training, educational resources, and consultation services related to immigration mental health evaluations for licensed mental health professionals. We may also provide information about forensic mental health evaluation services.

3. Professional Eligibility

4. Registration, Payment, and Refunds
All fees for trainings, webinars, and consultations must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

7. Community Guidelines
Members of any community space (including but not limited to Facebook groups or other platforms) are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines, engages in harassment, or shares inappropriate or unprofessional content.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S. Badger Empowerment and Consulting Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to reliance on training content in professional practice or legal proceedings.

Completion of any training does not guarantee certification, licensure, employment, referrals, or specific case outcomes. Participants are solely responsible for how they apply the knowledge gained through our Services.
