S. Badger Empowerment and Consulting Services, LLC is committed to providing continuing education programs that are accessible and inclusive to all participants. We strive to ensure equal access to learning opportunities and to comply with all applicable accessibility, disability, and human rights laws.

This policy applies to all continuing education activities, including synchronous distance learning, live distance learning, and related course materials.

Reasonable Accommodations
Reasonable accommodations are available to participants with documented disabilities or accessibility needs. Accommodations are provided on an individualized basis and may include, but are not limited to:

• Captioning or transcripts for recorded content

• Extended time for posttests or assessments

• Alternative assessment formats when appropriate

• Accessible course materials or formats

Accommodation requests are reviewed in a timely and confidential manner. Requests are evaluated based on the nature of the course, the participant’s documented needs, and applicable legal requirements.

To allow adequate time for review and implementation, participants are encouraged to submit accommodation requests as early as possible, and preferably prior to course start. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within five business days.

Accessibility in Distance Learning
S. Badger Empowerment and Consulting Services, LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure that distance learning platforms and course delivery methods support accessibility. Participants who encounter accessibility barriers are encouraged to contact us promptly so that reasonable solutions can be explored.
